That is something we might have to discuss. I'm serious about meeting deadlines and I only refuse projects when I don't have time for any other projects. I don't make promises I can't keep, and I don't take on work I can't deliver.
We are a company with very technical products that may be hard to write about. Do you think you'd be able to help us?
Yes, that would not be a problem. I am at ease with technical jargon and will ask you questions if there are aspects that might need some clarity.
Do you do all the work by yourself or do you outsource projects?

Just tell me what you want improved and what the changes are, and I’ll make them – fast. There is NO CHARGE for rewriting. Revisions are included in the flat fee we’ve arranged to for the assignment, provided they are assigned within 30 days of your receipt of the copy and are not based on a change in assignment made after copy has been submitted.
Most clients are pleased and enthusiastic about my copy when they receive it. But if you are not 100 percent satisfied, I will revise the copy according to your specific guidelines… and at my expense.
